資源地質学会第73回年会講演会の開催について(6/26-28): 予告 (Notice of Annual meeting 2024)
日頃より学会活動にご協力賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
資源地質学会第73回年会講演会についてお知らせいたします。発表予定の方は下記の締切をご確認ください。
今年の年会講演会は、2024年6月26日（水）〜6月28日（金）に現地開催＋オンラインのハイブリッド方式で開催する予定です。現地開催場所は例年通り東京大学本郷キャンパス小柴ホールで行います。
初日の午前には会長挨拶および表彰式を、午後にはシンポジウム「カーボンニュートラルのための資源地質学」を開催します。シンポジウム後には5年振りに小柴ホールにて懇親会を実施する予定です。
2日目と3日目は一般講演（口頭発表、ポスター発表）を行いますが、発表形式に関わらず講演者は原則、現地での発表となります。
参加登録・懇親会参加申込（Payventによるオンライン決済）については、後日詳細を連絡いたします。

講演申込方法
講演を申し込まれる方は、以下の内容を行事委員長宛(srg.congress@gmail.com)にお送りください。
1. 題目（日本語の場合は35字以内, 英語も併記）
2. 講演者氏名（共同発表者含む、英語も併記）
3. 所属（英語も併記）
4. e-mail
5. 口頭/ポスター発表の希望
6. 内容紹介（日本語か英語かどちらかでOK。日本語の場合300 字以内。英語の場合は100文字以内。プログラム編成の参考にするだけで印刷されませんが、こちらの内容をもとに口頭/ポスターの選考を行います）
7. 学生講演賞対象か（大学の学部、大学院の修士、博士課程に正規に在学中の学生で、筆頭者として講演を行う会員は、学生講演賞の対象です。対象となる講演は学生講演賞対象と記述下さい。）

Dear Members of the Society of Resource Geology,
We are planning to have Annual Meeting of the Society of Resource Geology as the hybrid style of onsite (at the University to Tokyo) and online from June 26th to June 28th, 2024. Please make sure deadlines below if you give oral/poster presentation.
The 1st day includes presidential address, award speech and the symposium titled “Resource geology for carbon neutrality”. We will also have an official banquet at the Koshiba–hall after the symposium. General session (both oral and poster sessions) will be held in the other 2 days. We ask both oral and poster presenters to present onsite.
We will inform about registration (online payment through Payvent) in another e-mail later.
