資源地質学会シンポジウムと年会の参加申込方法について(SRG symposium and regsitratoion of the annual meeting)

日頃より学会活動にご協力賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
資源地質学会第73回年会講演会のシンポジウムと年会参加申込方法（支払い方法）についてお知らせいたします。
2024年6月26日（水）〜6月28日（金）に東京大学本郷キャンパス小柴ホールでの現地開催＋オンライン配信のハイブリッド方式となります。
初日の午前には会長挨拶および表彰式を、午後にはシンポジウム「カーボンニュートラルのための資源地質学」を開催します。シンポジウム後には17:45より小柴ホールにて懇親会を実施する予定です。シンポジウムのプログラムについては以下をご確認下さい。

6月27日と6月28日は一般講演（口頭発表、ポスター発表）を9時から行う予定ですが、発表形式に関わらず講演者は原則、現地での発表となります。プログラムは5月中旬にお知らせします。要旨集については6月上旬に参加登録者にのみPDF版をお送りいたします（冊子体はお渡ししません）。

年会参加登録料は以下の通りとなります（現地参加とオンライン参加は同額です）。
・資源地質学会正会員（3日間）： 4,000円
・資源地質学会正会員学生（3日間）： 2,000円
・非会員（3日間）： 8,000円
・非会員（シンポジウムのみ）： 5,000円
・懇親会費：6,000円　→6月18日（火）正午締切
・懇親会費（学生）：5,000円　→6月18日（火）正午締切

銀行振込による支払いには対応いたしません。また、当日に参加登録料を支払う場合もその場でPayventにてお支払い（カード決済）していただく事になります。懇親会費については、準備の都合上6月18日（火）正午が申込締切となりますので、ご注意ください。なお、参加登録料、懇親会費ともに申し込み後のキャンセルは可能ですが、6%の手数料が差し引かれて返金となりますのでご了承ください。

We would like to inform that the Annual Meeting of the Society of Resource Geology will be held as the hybrid style of onsite (at the Koshiba Hall of the University to Tokyo) and online from June 26th to 28th, 2024.

The symposium “Resource Geology for Carbon Neutrality” will be held in the afternoon of June 26th. Social gathering will be planned after the symposium at the Koshiba Hall. Please refer to the symposium program below.

General sessions for oral and poster presentations will be planned in June 27th and 28th (starting at 9:00am). Presenters need to be on site (online presentation is not available). The program will be shared in middle May.

We will send the electronic file (pdf) of abstracts to only those who register for the meeting in June (printed one will not be provided at the meeting).

Registration fee for the Annual Meeting of SRG is:
・SRG member (3 days): 4,000 JPY
・SRG student member (3 days): 2,000 JPY
・Non-SRG member (3 days): 8,000 JPY
・Non-SRG member (only symposium): 5,000 JPY
・Social gathering: 6,000 JPY (please apply by 12:00 of June 18th)
